If you are a licensed construction or specialty contractor here's where you are able to apply for a Building Permit. At the top of the page select "Services" and then select "Building Permits" or "Site Development". New or modified exterior lighting requires a Site Lighting Permit. If you are an applicant who would like to conduct business on port property or renew a Permit to Operate, select "Services" at the top of the page, then select "Permit to Operate". For questions about business permits to operate contact;
