Online Services You Need
DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY
Commercial and business projects must begin with a Determination of Applicability (DOA). This review is the first step in the permitting process and determines whether your proposed project requires a Special Permit, Site Plan Approval, or other zoning review under the Norfolk Zoning Bylaw. Please complete and submit the DOA before applying for a building permit or other related permits.
