Housing License Renewal Notice

To All Landlords:

Please be advised that Housing License renewals will open for payment on August 31, 2026.

All Housing License fees must be paid by November 1, 2026.

LATE FEES:

Beginning November 2, 2026, Owners not securing a Housing License by November 1, 2026, will be assessed a late fee of $25 per unit.

Please make sure your Housing License fees are paid on time to avoid late fees.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE

Beginning January 1, 2027, a 3% credit card processing fee will be added to all payments made by credit card.

This fee does not apply to payments made by cash or check.
