If you are applying for the following permits, please contact Planning and Zoning prior to submitting an online application to determine what the zoning requirements are for your permit type and address.

Fence/Masonry Wall/Retaining Wall

Shed/Storage Building

Accessory Building (not shed or storage)

New Addition to residential or commercial

Signs

Swimming Pool

New screened enclosure

New concrete slab (not driveway)

Carport

Expansion of driveway (requires driveway permit with Public Works)

If the property is a Condominium, Apartment Complex, Multi-Family Unit, or Business location, you MUST apply for a COMMERCIAL permit. Incorrect permit applications will be denied.

•  All field reports (survey, pest control, compaction test, PPI inspections, etc.) must be uploaded to the permit.

PERMITS ISSUED LIST

To search for permits or run a report for all issued permits for a specific timeframe, please click on REPORTS at the top of this screen, then click on PERMITS ISSUED LIST.   Select the date range you would like your report to show and then click RUN.  A report will be shown on the screen. You can export the report to Excel or print the report on your computer by pressing one of the icons shown above the report.

CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY (CO) LIST

To search a Certificate of Occupancy for a specific timeframe, please click on REPORTS at the top of this screen, then click on CO ISSUED. Select the date range you would like your report to show and then click RUN. A report will be shown on the screen. You can export the report to Excel or print the report on your computer by pressing one of the icons shown above the report.  

INSPECTIONS SCHEDULED FOR TODAY 

To see all inspections for the day, please click on REPORTS at the top of this screen, then click on INSPECTIONS SCHEDULED TODAY. You will only see the inspections that are scheduled for that day.
