Searching for permits, development applicatoins or code complaints can be accomplished anonymously by using the Search option at the top of the portal. If you do not have a contractor log in, you will need to register with the Building Department before applying for any building permits or development applications.

Important Notices: 

As of July 1, 2021, FSS 162.06 prevents us from accepting anonymous code enforcement complaints.

All Building Permit Applications submitted after 12/31/2023 will need to state compliance with the Florida Building Code 8th Edition, 2023.
