Permits and Inspections for Duval County Public Schools only. Only Florida licensed contractors may apply for permits and Inspections.

Thank you for visiting our website, through this portal you have access to all of our online services for permitting and code enforcement and general requests.
Our goal is to ensure a safe and healthful built environment for the students and staff of Duval County Public Schools.

- Choose “sub” permit if you have a prime contractor.  You will need their permit number to enter on your application
Permits expire 180 days after last “PASS” inspection.  It is the contractor’s responsibility to keep a permit active.  It is the contractor’s responsibility to request a “permit extension”.
Certificates of Completion and Certificates of Occupancy are requested as INSPECTIONS.
